MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Miami-Dade homicide detectives were investigating a 22-year-old man's death Saturday morning.
Two armed men wearing hooded sweatshirts ambushed Maxime Benjamin and his girlfriend Kimeisha Malcolm, 23, Friday afternoon in Northeast Miami-Dade.
The crime happened at the Quatrain gated community at 20210 NE Third Court, where Benjamin lived.
Crime scene tape surrounded the black GMC Yukon that Benjamin was driving when the men shot and killed him. Malcolm wasn't injured.
Detectives were asking anyone with information about the murder to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477.
