BRITOW, Oklahoma – A convicted pedophile walked out of prison and moved back to the neighborhood.
In 2015, Harold English was convicted of molesting his step-niece. She was a 7-year-old girl in Bristow, Oklahoma, and she lived next door to him.

The victim is now 21 and she is talking to lawmakers to make sure than no other victim has to go through what she is going through.
"My parents and I are out to change Oklahoma law because surely he can find somewhere else to live," the victim wrote on Facebook.
English, 64, moved in with his mother, who told the New York Daily News that she just wanted to "give him a place to stay until he can find a place of his own."
