Deputies identify woman found in Pompano Beach lake

Cause of Angela S. Hall's death under investigation

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – The body of a 38-year-old woman who was found in a Pompano Beach lake Sunday has been identified, the Broward Sheriff’s Office reports.

Angela S. Hall's body was found at about 2 p.m. when a man who was fishing in the 1100 block of Southwest 46th Avenue spotted her in the water.

First responders pronounced her dead at the scene.

Deputies worked with the Broward County medical examiner's office to identify Hall’s body.

The cause of Hall’s death is under investigation.
