BOCA RATON, Fla. – A 21-year-old Boca Raton man repeatedly punched a blind relative who called him by his given name, police said.
Bernard Muscadin said, "Don't call me Bernard" before attacking his relative last week, according to a Boca Raton police report.

The victim told police that Muscadin kept yelling that he prefers to be called Ben.
Police said Muscadin told them he was upset that the relative was criticizing him about staying out late drinking and smoking.
According to the report, Muscadin called his relative a "hater" who didn't like him "dancing all night."
Muscadin faces charges of battery and abuse of a disabled person.
