Police said Hernandez was losing the fight so he went inside his home and grabbed a knife. He then stabbed his brother to death, police said.
Hernandez's mugshot shows him with a black eye and bloodied lip.
According to an arrest report, his cousins heard loud banging outside the home and went outside to find out what was going on.
The cousins asked where Hernandez's brother was and he said, "(expletive) him," the report said.
Detectives said they observed signs of a struggle at the crime scene and found a bloody knife with a black handle and blood on the ground and on the exterior walls of the home.
Police said the victim was stabbed in the abdomen and died during surgery.
