MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A homeless man is accused of threatening to beat and rape a Miami Beach bartender who refused to continue serving him after she felt he had had enough to drink.
According to an arrest report, the bartender told authorities that Brian Scott Webb, 27, had consumed four beers and a shot Tuesday night at Dewey's Tavern at 852 Alton Road when he returned to the bar, appearing to be more intoxicated and irate.

She said she refused to serve him any more alcohol and Webb threatened to punch and rape her.
The bartender told police that Webb also threatened to punch patrons inside the bar.
Police said Webb refused to leave and employees called 911.
Webb was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.
Police said Webb lashed out at officers at the police station as one officer attempted to search him before putting him in the holding cell.
Authorities said Webb elbowed, kicked and punched officers as they fought with him on the ground, attempting to place him back in handcuffs.
According to the arrest report, one officer punched Webb in the face, knocking him unconscious momentarily, which gave the officer a chance to request emergency assistance.
Police said Webb continued being aggressive with paramedics, and they were unable to treat him for his injuries.
The officers suffered minor injuries in the brawl, including a cut to one officer's nose and eye area and a possible injury to his hand. Another officer suffered a hairline fracture to her hand and a third officer suffered a bump on the left side of his head.
All officers had bruising on their knees because of the fighting on the ground, the report said.
Webb faces additional charges of battery on a police officer and resisting an officer with violence.
