The manager told Test that he called the bank to check the card, and was told that the man using the card was not the card's owner.

Test confronted Joseph Arnone, 35, who admitted to purchasing the card online and knowing that it was not legitimate, Herrin said.

Herrin said several other fraudulent credit cards were found in Arnone's possession.

He was arrested on a charge of possession and use of fraudulent credit cards.
