Tout-Puissant, 24, initially said the cards belonged to his girlfriend, the report said.

When TSA agents searched the rest of his luggage, they found two credit card readers, a laptop and more than $10,000 worth of high-end purses purchased from a TJ Maxx store, the report said.

A BSO detective analyzed the credit cards and discovered that more than 60 of them were counterfeit, embossed with the real names and account numbers of Pentagon Federal Credit Union customers, the report said.

Two of the seven credit cards found in Tout-Puissant's wallet were also counterfeit, the report said.

Tout-Puissant faces 60 counts of passing forged or altered credit cards. He also faces one count each of trafficking in counterfeit credit cards, theft of personal identification and possession of tools for selling credit card machine plates.
