MIAMI-DADE, Fla. – Gaston Arellano said he was waiting for Amazon to deliver packages to his home in Northeast Miami Dade, when he logged in to his security system and saw a thief take it.
The video shows the thief getting out of a white Kia and using his shirt to cover his face. The man walked up to Arellano's front door and took the packages.
The thief would later open the boxes and find paper towels and toilet paper. Police believe there are thieves who specialize on taking packages delivered to homes.
Police were asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477.
