Miami Beach police said Stucky was club hopping with friends when she drugged the man.

According to an arrest affidavit, Stucky and her friends left the Mokai Lounge and took an Uber to Studio 23, where they "had a couple of drinks of Hennessy." While they were at the club, Stucky's friend said he wasn't feeling well and went to the bathroom. When he returned, he told the others that he wanted to leave.

They stopped for pizza along the way, but Stucky and the victim sat in the back seat of the car while another friend got the food, the affidavit said.

One of the friends told police that he witnessed another friend give something to Stucky, who placed her hand inside her pants near her crotch, the affidavit said.

A short time later, the victim and his cousin got out of the car, but the victim was "so drowsy that his words were very slurred and began to drool," the affidavit said. The victim noticed that the money in his pockets was missing, so they began to shout at Stucky to give it back and then called 911.

Police arrived and searched Stucky, finding $5,921 in her crotch area, while another man in the car tossed a bottle of Xanax to the ground, police said.

Stucky was being held without bond on an out-of-county warrant.
