Surveillance video shows woman demand cash, get away in waiting gold car

A woman wearing a BCBG-brand sweatshirt and large sunglasses robbed a Home Depot near West Palm Beach.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Authorities are searching for a woman who robbed a Home Depot near West Palm Beach.

The robbery was reported shortly after 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Home Depot on Okeechobee Boulevard.

Surveillance video showed a woman walk into the Home Depot garden center, approach a store clerk and demand that she open the register and hand her cash, Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Teri Barbera said.

A man was seen outside the store with a weapon, watching the woman, Barbera said.

After the robbery, the woman walked across the parking lot and got into a waiting older-model, gold Nissan or Toyota with a temporary Georgia license plate.

The woman has a visible mole on the center of her forehead. She was wearing a BCBG brand hooded sweatshirt and large sunglasses.
