FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A South Florida man's dashcam video was rolling while he was driving on Interstate 95 when a pickup truck crashed Tuesday afternoon.
"It flipped over, threw stuff all over the place and then smoke came out of it," Fred Kilian said.
Kilian said he recorded the rollover from behind the wheel as he headed northbound near Broward Boulevard just after 5 p.m.
He said the truck blew a tire and flipped over.
"I noticed the left wheel came off, the front probably exploded," Kilian said. "He pulled to the left, hit the divider and flipped over a couple times."
Kilian said several drivers slammed on the brakes to see if anyone got hurt.
"I didn't see anybody in the car," Kilian said. "They must have been tossed around inside."
Florida Highway Patrol officials said the driver is OK. As for Kilian, he said his dashcam is always on to help to track his traveling time.
