DANIA BEACH, Fla. – A fatal crash involving a car and a tractor-trailer blocked traffic in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 near Sheridan Street most of Thursday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a car struck a concrete barrier wall early Thursday morning and then crashed into the side of a tractor-trailer.

The woman who was driving the car was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. She was later identified as Deonnah Lee, 22, of Cape Coral. The driver of the truck wasn't hurt.
Troopers aren't sure what caused Lee to lose control of the car.
Traffic was backed up all the way to the Interstate 595 interchange while authorities worked to clear the debris.
All lanes were reopened shortly before 11 a.m.
