According to the report, someone called 911 because Johnson was unable to stand and kept falling to the ground.

When the arresting deputy arrived, he saw Johnson sitting on a plastic container in her front yard. He wrote in the report that Johnson had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, smelled of alcohol and was swaying while trying to keep her balance.

Johnson refused to cooperate with the deputy, screamed obscenities at him and had difficulty speaking because of her intoxicated state, the report said.

Johnson's roommate told the deputy that he saw her sitting in the front yard drinking earlier in the day and woke up to her screaming, the report said.

Johnson was taken to Broward Health North to be treated for her injuries.

The deputy determined that nobody was caring for the boy. He was released into the care of another family member.
