FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -

After icing parts of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama, a winter storm arrived Wednesday in Georgia, dropping a mix of ice and rain that was expected to continue pelting the Southeast into Thursday.

On Tuesday afternoon, Delta Airlines announced that all flights from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport to Atlanta will be canceled on Wednesday.

Delta will have limited service to Atlanta starting on Thursday at 10:50 a.m.

Three other carriers that fly to Atlanta have not yet made final decisions regarding Wednesday's flight schedule.

If you are flying to Atlanta on an airline other than Delta, call before heading to the airport.
