NORTH LAUDERDALE, Fla. -

Surveillance video could help identify two men accused of snatching gold chains at a market in North Lauderdale, the Broward Sheriff's Office said Thursday.

On May 12, Louie Kattou, 77, of Margate, was walking through the parking lot of the Broward Meat and Fish Market, 8060 W. McNab Rd, in North Lauderdale.

The two men pushed Kattou into bushes, pulled his 18-inch gold chain from his neck and ran off.  The chain had a black onyx crab charm.

Surveillance video shows the men running away. One was wearing a red T-shirt and tan shorts, and had shoulder-length, twisted hair. The other had short hair and wore a black T-shirt and blue jeans.

The men fled in an older model, maroon, four-door Ford 500 that a woman was driving. Detectives believe they were also involved in snatching another person's gold chain at the same market April 19.

Deputies were asking anyone with information to contact BSO Detective Cody Gill at 954-321-4275 or Broward County Crime Stoppers anonymously at 954-493-8477.
