Police chase ends on I-95 in Opa-locka

Police: Man, woman taken into questioning released

OPA-LOCKA, Fla. – Two people who were detained for questioning after they led police on a chase Friday through Miami-Dade and Broward counties have been released, police said.

Broward Sheriff's Office deputies and Miami-Dade police officers were involved in the chase that ended on Interstate 95 in Opa-locka.

Sky 10 was above the scene at 3 p.m. over the westbound lanes of I-95 at Northwest 22nd Avenue.

Police said a man and a woman were taken into questioning. After further investigation, the two were released.

An arrest has not been warranted at this time, police said.

No other details were immediately released.
