Roaches cause closure of South Florida landmark

El Pub, other restaurants on Dirty Dining list

MIAMI – An iconic South Florida restaurant was shut down by state health inspectors after live roaches were found where people were eating.

Inspectors were called to Little Havana's El Pub after a complaint was filed.

Another restaurant, Aji Carbon, had its doors closed after rain water was leaking into the kitchen and onto a food prep table.

The Peruvian restaurant in North Miami Beach was also operating without a state license.

Below is a list of place and some of their violations. All the places mentioned were allowed to re-open following an ordered clean up and re-inspection.
