"He jumped the fence northbound on Harding," officers told dispatchers on the recording obtained by Local 10.

Officers said they cornered Hernandez-Llach at Harding Avenue and 71st Street. He lunged at the officers, according to recordings, and one tasered him.

Dispatchers then congratulated the officers on making an arrest.

"Great job. Can you do me a favor? Just have crime scene come out and make sure crime scene takes photos of the building that was vandalized?"

Soon after, Hernandez-Llach began showing signs of medical distress. He was pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Hospital a short time later.

An autopsy was inconclusive. His family said he didn't have any preexisting health conditions that could be blamed for his sudden death. Toxicology results are pending.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement will review the Miami Beach Police Department's internal affairs investigation into Hernandez-Llach's death.
