The event will take place on Nov. 2 and 3rd.

Michael Mandich, the CEO of the event, said "We are in unprecedented territory.  While our ridership has grown considerably the first three years, we know this year will be historic.  We have raised almost $4,000,000 since we began this great event and this year more than 2,000 people from the tri-county area have come together to tackle cancer and support the community."

Money raised by the Cycling Challenge goes directly to the University of Miami's Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.

It launched in 2010.
