DORAL, Fla. – The city of Doral announced its contingency plan for security and traffic amid news that Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez was battling an infection.
The contingency plan will be implemented from 36th Street to 82nd Avenue, particularly targeting El Arepazo 2 at 3900 NW 79th Avenue.
