Fresh off first debate, Trump visits Miami

Republican presidential nominee meets with Hispanic voters

MIAMI ā€“ Donald Trump traveled to Miami on Tuesday to meet with Hispanic voters.

The Republican presidential nominee attended a town hall-style meeting Tuesday afternoon at Miami Dade College's Koubek Center.Ā

Trump's airplane landed at Miami International Airport about noon. A police-escorted motorcade headed to Trump National Doral, where he attended a private fundraiser.

Trump took the stage for about 30 minutes, answering questions from the audience. Trump told the mostly Cuban-American crowd that he would "make the right deal" with Cuba if he is elected, taking a shot at President Barack Obama's efforts to restore diplomatic relations with the communist country.

On their way back to the airport, Trump and his entourage stopped at the famous Versailles Restaurant in Little Havana.

His appearances in Florida come a day after his first presidential debate against Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.
