OAKLAND PARK, Fla. – An Oakland Park man is accused of trying to stab his pregnant sister in the stomach with a knife.
Eric Docher, 18, was arrested Saturday and booked into the main Broward County jail on an attempted murder charge.

According to a Broward Sheriff's Office report, Docher's sister gave a recorded statement to a detective that her brother grabbed a knife from the kitchen and tried to stab her numerous times in the stomach. His sister, who is seven months pregnant, claimed that while Docher tried to stab her, he said to her, "I've been waiting for this for so long."
Video taken by Docher's sister shows him lunging at her with a knife as she ran out of the house. A struggle ensued, and the kitchen knife bent as Docher tried to stab her with it outside, the report said.
Docher's sister had scratches and scrapes on her left thigh, the report said.
The woman's 5-year-old son was home at the time of the incident. The boy said he saw Docher fighting with his mother and trying to "sting" her with a knife.
