Family asks for help in finding father of 4's killer

Aaron Parrish gunned down Friday morning

MIAMI – A family is asking for the public's help in tracking down the gunman who shot and killed a father of four last Friday in Allapattah.

The shooting was reported just after 1 a.m. in the 2000 block of Northwest 31st Street.

Miami police said Aaron Parrish was shot multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene.

"Since Friday, it's been pure hell to say the least," Parrish's wife, Jessica Medlar, said. "I can't sleep. I can't eat."

"It will calm everyone else down if we know that the person who did it has been caught and that nobody else will get hurt by that person," Parrish's daughter, Jessica Dominquez, said.

Parrish is survived by his wife and four children.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
