Chef Michael Blum shows us some Father's Day dinners that will blow Dad away!
Here are the recipes:
Root Beer Glazed Ribs
-Peel off back membrane
-Soak in root beer soda for 3 hours or overnight
-Gently simmer ribs for 4 hours at 325 degrees with favorite BBQ sauce
-Uncover and cool for 2 hours
-Place on baking sheet for 45 minutes at 325 degrees
Lobster Mac & Cheese
-Cook lobsters and cool (save the lobster water)
-In the lobster water, boil favorite pasta then set aside.
-Mix 4oz of butter & 4oz flour and cook till light brown. Then add 16 oz of half & half
-Add 8 oz muenster cheese, 8oz mozzarella and 8oz of provolone cheese
-Add 4 oz Brandy, toss with pasta and lobster
