HIALEAH, Fla. – Police and fire rescue Sunday returned to the apartment where Pedro Vargas is accused of shooting and killing six people on Friday.
The fire that Vargas set in his apartment caused damage that is now giving neighbors water leaks in their units.
Police and fire rescue had to break into the apartment Sunday evening and began sweeping out gallons of water.
