Florida is home to some of the worst drivers in the country, according to a newly released study conducted by a car insurance company.

Florida ranked sixth worst in the country in the report released by CarInsuranceComparison.com. The website used data on fatality rates, citations given out, DUI infractions, and tickets for careless or reckless driving compiled from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, MADD, and the National Motorists Association.

The states where drivers were ranked worse than Floridians:

2. South Carolina

3. Mississippi

4. Texas

5. Alabama
