KEY WEST, Fla. – A Florida Keys man was arrested Wednesday after he exposed himself to a detective, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
Osneil Bello Machin, 42, of Stock Island, faces a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure.

Machin approached the unmarked detective's car, stared at him through the windshield and said something unintelligible, sheriff's spokeswoman Becky Herrin said. He then unzipped his pants and pulled out his penis, shaking it at the detective while yelling at others who were in the vicinity, Herrin said.
Machin then zipped his pants back up and walked away, throwing his hands into the air, Herrin said.
