ST. CLOUD, Fla. – Osceola County deputies arrested a woman in St. Cloud on Monday who they say tried to collect a cash reward for returning two missing dogs that police say she originally kidnapped.
Deputies are charging 29-year-old Nicole Moses with grand theft and burglary after they say she stole a pit bull and a black Labrador from a St. Cloud home and then left a note on the house two days later saying "Dogs Found Neglected and Abused...Please Text." The note was written with a marker on green construction paper.

The series of events began on Saturday when a resident at 5014 Tuscaroa Ave. reported that his two dogs were missing.
A neighbor told deputies that day that she witnessed a woman walking around the house taking pictures, and then saw her take the two dogs from the garage and drive away in a blue Ford Explorer.
The victim made arrangements to meet the woman, and police accompanied him to the scene, where they found and arrested Moses after identifying her car. The dogs were found in her car and returned to the owner.
Moses was booked into the Osceola County Jail.
