TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - A new bill has been filed in Tallahassee to ban red light cameras all across the state.
According to the Miami Herald, the Senate's transportation chairman, Jeff Brandes, submitted the proposal.
It would ban all counties from installing or using red light cameras.
There are 76 jurisdictions in Florida with red light cameras in place.
A total of 521 U.S. cities have red light cameras.
