MIAMI - Screeners for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) stopped two loaded guns from making it onto flights from South Florida in the last week.
The TSA said the screeners at Miami International Airport found the loaded 40 caliber pistol that you see in the above picture on Tuesday.
And then on Wednesday at Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport, screeners seized another loaded 40 caliber pistol.
In total, the TSA found 26 guns in carry-on baggage across the country in the last week. Of those 26 guns, 24 were loaded.
