NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – Police found a woman with head injuries outside of the public library in North Miami Beach on Monday morning.
Authorities surrounded the North Miami Beach Library, 1601 NE 164th St., and rescue took the woman to a nearby hospital.
