TAMPA, Fla. - The first cannabis college is expected to open in Tampa if the medical marijuana amendment is approved by Florida voters.

Jeremy Bufford says he will begin a month long course that will teach people about cannabis from a historical, botanical and legal perspective.

The classes will be offered inside the former Garcia Y Cigar Factory in West Tampa.

If approved, medical marijuana will be dispensed as early as the summer of 2015.
