WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Florida Gov. Rick Scott announced a disaster fund had been activated Wednesday for those impacted by Tropical Storms Debby and Isaac.
The fund, called Neighbors to the Rescue, is managed by Florida's Foundation. The nonprofit organization takes donations and gives them to affected communities with the greatest need.
