Gold-plated Lamborghini roaring around S. Fla.

Car priced above $500,000

Headline Goes Here

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. - A one-of-a-kind sports car is turning heads at a South Florida luxury auto dealer.

The car is the world's first gold-plated Lamborghini. They proudly call it the AU-79 because gold, of course, is the 79th element in the periodic table.

The CEO of Lamborghini Miami, Brett David, owns the spectacular sports car.

This monster does 0 to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds and reaches top speeds of 217 mph.

And did we mention it's gold-plated?

The dealer tells us there is not another car in the world like it.

Promoters say the car is "priced upon request," but sources say they are looking for north of $500,000.

Not only is the car fast, but it is turning into a great advertising tool for Lamborghini Miami and Prestige Imports in North Miami Beach.
