HIALEAH, Fla. – A woman was found dead Monday inside an apartment in Hialeah, authorities said.
Hialeah police Sgt. Carl Zogby said a friend walked into the apartment at 2315 Okeechobee Road and found the woman's body.

Authorities said the woman, identified as Jessica Lopez, 22, was a known drug addict, and they believe her death was drug-related.
Foul play is not suspected.
Zogby said it appeared Lopez had been dead for a few days.
The death remains under investigation and the medical examiner will determine an official cause of death.
