MIAMI - South Florida's longest-running Easter celebration returns to Jungle Island on Friday.
The annual Easter Eggstravangaza is an egg-citing three-day event benefiting Children First at UM Pediatrics.
It features Easter Egg Hunts with more than 50,000 eggs, stuffed with more than 800 pounds of candy, toys and prizes, plus pie-eating contests, arts and crafts stations, animal encounters and bounce houses.
The Easter Bunny will also be in attendance to take photos with children.
The Easter egg hunts will take place Friday, April 6, to Sunday, April 8, from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
One entry into the Easter Egg Hunt is included with a child admission.
Child admission is $5; adult admission is $32.95.
