LAUDERHILL, Fla. - Derek Denesevich's tattoos did not stop him from pretending he was someone else, prosecutors said.

Denesevich, 26, of Lauderhill, appeared in federal court Wednesday. He was covered in tattoos. His most visible one was the marque of the British luxury automaker Bentley on his forehead.

Prosecutors said an unidentified Broward Clerk of Courts employee helped him access Florida drivers' personal information. He was part of a group using the data to file fraudulent income tax returns, prosecutors said.
