HIALEAH GARDENS, Fla. - Police have arrested a 65-year-old man who they say was operating a marijuana grow house in Hialeah Gardens.

Investigators say they were just driving down the street Tuesday afternoon when they smelled marijuana. They knocked on the front door of the home and a man let them inside and surrendered.

Forty-seven marijuana plants were confiscated from the home at Northwest 130 Street and 104 Avenue. Police said the marijuana is worth about $115,000 on the street.

The man is facing multiple charges including stealing electricity.
