According to an arrest report, police were tipped off about prostitution at the Asian Massage Parlor on Royal Palm Boulevard in Margate.

An undercover detective, who was equipped with an audio listening/recording device, paid $45 for a half-hour massage.

Police said Yang massaged the detective's back for about 20 minutes before telling him to turn over onto his back. Police said Yang told the detective that he had 10 minutes left and said she could massage his chest and pointed to his groin area.

According to the report, the detective agreed to pay Yang an additional $50 for manual masturbation.

Police said Yang started to rub the detective's penis with lotion, at which time he gave the "verbal takedown signal" for officers to come in.

Yang was arrested and taken to the Broward County Jail.
