BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. – Police are trying to identify two people who brought a 22-year-old woman to a South Florida hospital before she died of an apparent heroin overdose.
The Boynton Beach Police Department on Tuesday released surveillance video of the March 28 incident at Bethesda Hospital.
Security cameras show a car pulling up to the front of the hospital shortly after 1:30 a.m. A man and a woman help the lifeless woman out of the back seat and carry her inside.
They can be seen holding the woman in the lobby as a hospital assistant grabs a wheelchair.
Police said the pair left the hospital without providing any contact information. Detectives want to speak with them to determine the woman's whereabouts before her death.
Citing privacy laws and the ongoing investigation, police declined to provide more details.
