PORT CANAVERAL, Fla. - The Carnival Dream is back at sea.

The ship left Port Canaveral Saturday afternoon for the first time since it had mechanical problems a week and a half ago.

The ship set sail with more than 4,500 guests and embarked on a seven-day cruise to the Caribbean.

Earlier this month, a faulty emergency generator on the ship forced Carnival to fly the passengers home from Saint Maarten.

Because of a slew of recent problems with their ships, the cruise line is undergoing reviews in hopes of improving its services.
