MIAMI – A South Florida-based website has listed Miami International Airport as the 2nd best airport to find a date.
The site, meetattheairport.com, promises travelers a new and exciting way to meet new people while on a long layover, or waiting for a delayed flight.

"The bottom line is: Why should travelers sit at a bar and eat overly priced junk food when they could be spending time with a beautiful stranger? I know which one I prefer," CEO Steve Pasternack told USA Today.
East Coast airports were much better for dating than west coast airports, supposedly because of worse weather, longer delays, and better airport amenities.
The number one spot was also a Florida airport; Orlando International takes the cake, in large part due to a Hyatt Hotel inside the terminal.
Miami International Airport took the second spot, helped by the large international crowds passing through to South America or Europe.
Newark International Airport, Boston Logan International Airport, and Philadelphia International Airport rounded out the top 5.
MeetAtTheAirport.com surveyed their 60,000 members to come up with the list.
