Surveillance cameras catch Lulu's Car Wash burglars

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - Surveillance cameras captured five men breaking into a car wash in Miami Gardens and stealing $10,000 from its safe.

It happened at Lulu's Car Wash off NW 27th Avenue about 2 a.m. Thursday.

Police said the men cut through a fence and then used a ladder to open a window on the second floor. Once inside, they used a blowtorch to open the safe.

Owner Lulu Wydra said the same thieves broke in six days earlier but tripped an alarm and ran away.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
