Davie police seek gunman who stole cash, lotto tickets at gas station

Police: Shot fired at Chevron gas station in Davie

DAVIE, Fla. – Police are looking for a gunman who entered a Davie gas station and stole money and some lottery tickets.

The incident happened Saturday evening at the Chevron gas station in the 2300 block of University Drive.

The gunman fired off at least one round as he was leaving, Davie police said.

No one was hurt in the incident. Police said this armed robbery has no connection to Saturday's incident in Pembroke Pines.

Davie police are asking for the public's help finding a vehicle involved in the robbery, identified as a 2014 BMW 745 (pictured, above).

Anyone with information about the armed robbery or the gunman is asked to call Davie police.
