MIAMI – A South Florida man is accused of performing oral sex on a 12-year-old girl he was tutoring.
Heriberto Delgado, 75, was arrested Wednesday on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation and sexual battery on a minor.

Miami-Dade police said the girl told them her former math tutor would often fondle her inappropriately and perform oral sex on her during tutoring sessions at his home.
Police said Delgado confessed to the crime.
He was being held without bond at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
