Hialeah boy doesn't want to turn 4

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Turning 4 years old can be rough.

Just ask Zachary Ruiz, whose birthday is in October.

Hialeah resident Mike Ruiz tweeted Local 10's Liane Morejon a YouTube video of his weeping son, who was none too pleased to know that he'd be turning 4 this fall.

"I don't want to be 4," the boy said. "I want to be 3."

Zachary didn't seem impressed when his father told him he would be a year older. Why?

It seems three is the boy's favorite number.

Don't worry, Zachary, there's still time.
