FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A man faces a charge of attempted murder in connection with a Hollywood shooting.
Tron Whiting, 34, was ordered held without bond Wednesday morning.

According to the Hollywood police report, Whiting shot Marcus Parker in the shoulder, but he denied it to police.
Police said the shooting was drug-related.
Whiting had been out of jail on bond on a charge of resisting an officer with violence.
