To get past cars in front of her, Pool allegedly crossed into oncoming traffic in her Hyundai Santa Fe and almost hit the victim's vehicle as they were traveling in the opposite direction.

After sliding back into her lane to avoid a collision, Pool and another driver had a minor verbal altercation.

The victim said after he passed Pool's car, he yelled, "Learn how to (expletive) drive" before driving off.

Pool turned around and followed the victim to the parking lot of the elementary school. The victim claims Pool began yelling and cursing at him and spit in his direction in front of children waiting to be picked up.

Trying to avoid a confrontation, the victim began to walk to the front of the school to pick up his children.

Pool left her car and vandalized the victim's truck by damaging the passenger's side windshield wiper. When the victim returned, he stood in front of Pool's car in hopes of keeping her on the scene.

The police report said Pool intentionally struck the victim with her car, causing him to land on the hood.

Pinned in, Pool backed over a median and fled the parking lot by going the wrong way through oncoming traffic.

Pool was arrested at her home after a witness positively identified her. She later confessed to striking the victim with her car.

Pool faces charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and damaging property.
