State inspectors recently found roaches inside a slicer at a popular sub shop in Miami and ordered the doors shut.
The Sub House was among 5 restaurants recently ordered shut by the state. Below is a list. All places were allowed to reopen following an ordered clean up and re-inspection.

"Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 12 live roaches inside slicer machine on preparation table and by three compartment sink."

"Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Under wooden shelf in kitchen area. 8 behind prep table in kitchen 5 behind walk in cooler 2 by two compartment sink in kitchen 13 by stove 1 by empty tanks in kitchen."
"Dead roaches on premises. 25 Under wooden shelf in kitchen area. 3 in flour container 20 under prep table in kitchen."
